Summary and Recommended Action:

Staff recommends the approval of the proposed resolution which will 1) authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a termination agreement with Henry Carlson Construction, LLC, and 2) direct staff to issue a Request for Proposal for Construction Manager at Risk services related to the design and construction of a new Police Station and Fire Station within the City of Brookings.
