Summary and Recommended Action:

Staff recommends approval of the proposed Resolution awarding the 2025-02SSI Arrowhead Park Trail and Drainage Improvements Project base bid plus alternate #1 to Timmons Construction Inc. for the low bid of $201,253.34. Total budgeted amount was $325,000 between stormwater and parks for this project.
