Summary:
The City Charter indicates a need for the State of the City to update all of the City Council’s efforts. The City of Brookings Strategic Plan is a guiding document to attain City Council’s desired outcomes for the community. Key focus areas prioritize goals and policies that will assist in attainment. The City Council updates the Strategic Plan annually. The Mayor will give a brief update of major accomplishments in 2022 and efforts that will progress the community in 2023.
