Staff recommends approval of the proposed Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a 10-year On-Sale Convention Liquor Operating Agreement, with a 5-year mid-term renewal, with owners Dennis Bielfeldt and Timothy Swenson, SND LLC, dba Comfort Suites University / Domellie’s / Domellie’s Events.

Owners Dennis Bielfeldt and Timothy Swenson, SND LLC, dba Comfort Suites University / Domellie’s / Domellie’s Eventshas applied to transfer the existing On-Sale Convention Liquor License from Dennis Bielfeldt, owner, Den Wil Hospitality LLC, dba Wilbert’s / Comfort Inn & Suites.
