Staff recommends approval of the proposed Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a 10-year On-Sale Liquor Full Service Restaurant Operating Agreement, with a 5-year mid-term renewal, with owner Luiz Abundes, Mamacitas LLC - Brookings.
Dennis Bielfeldt, Den Wil Hospitality Group Inc., has applied to transfer the existing On-Sale Liquor Full Service Restaurant License from Den Wil Hospitality Group, Inc., dba The End Zone to Luiz Abundes, Mamacitas LLC - Brookings.
