Summary:
Adoption of the proposed Resolution and approval of the recommended actions will authorize the City to award the bid and to enter into a lease agreement with LNJ Farms & Ranch, Lyle Bothe. The proposed land lease will allow the lessee to hay the land in Section 26, 27 and 35-T110N-R50W for 2024, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.

1.) Adopt Resolution of Intent to Lease Real Property to LNJ Farms & Ranch; and
2.) Award bid to LNJ Farms & Ranch, highest bidder; and
3.) Authorize the City Manager to execute lease agreement.
