Summary:

Beginning in January 2022, the Planning Commission will also fulfill the role of Board of Adjustment. In order to begin preparing for this role, staff would like to introduce organizational, administrative, and procedural intricacies of the Board of Adjustment. Staff will briefly review the Board of Adjustment Bylaws and the variance application process.
