Introduction and First Reading on Ordinance 26-022, an Ordinance Authorizing Budget Amendment No. 5 to the 2026 Budget.  Second Reading and Action: July 30, 2026.

Summary and Recommended Action:

Staff recommends approval of this budget amendment to increase the Public Art Fund Long-Term Projects budget by $250,000 for the Dakota Nature Park Art Installation Project.  This amendment also decreases the current Contracted Services budget in the Public Art Fund by $96,230 to ensure all project expenditures are accounted for within the correct line item.
