Summary and Recommended Action:
Scott and Roshal Lamp have made a request for a variance on Lot 1 of Block 11 of Pheasant Nest Addition, also known as 1418 Pheasant Run Road. The request is to build an addition 35-feet 2-inches from property line. Per Sec. 94-124(f), The front yard setback in the Residence R-1A single-family district is 40-feet.
Staff recommends approval.
