Staff recommends approval of the proposed Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a 10-year On-Sale Wine Operating Agreement, with a 5-year mid-term renewal, Commonwealth Gaming & Holdings, Co., Inc., dba Deuces Casino, Suite 105D, Bryant Solberg and Kirby Muilenburg, owners.
