Summary and Recommended Action:
Staff recommends approval of this budget amendment to provide up to $193,000 of additional budget authority to address the Dacotah Bank Center’s projected 2026 year-end operating variance.
The amendment authorizes a transfer of up to $193,000 from 3B Tax Fund reserves to the Dacotah Bank Center Fund and establishes corresponding revenue and expenditure authority within the DBC Fund.
