This resolution will award the 2024-08STI Street Maintenance and Overlay Project to Bowes Construction Co., Brookings, SD, for the low bid of $1,206,481.35. The low bid is approximately 17% lower than the engineer’s estimate of $1,447,865.50. The project will be ongoing throughout the summer and will be completed by the end of October 2024.
