Summary and Recommended Action:
Staff recommends approval of a three-year agreement renewal with OpenGov for the City’s budgeting software.
OpenGov provides the City’s comprehensive budgeting platform, including tools for operating, capital, and personnel budgeting, as well as the City’s interactive online budget book. The proposed three-year agreement totals $100,852 and provides for a 5% annual increase during the agreement term.
Approval of the resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
