Summary:

The City of Brookings enters into Liquor Operating Agreements for 10-year increments.  The Operating Agreement for The Pheasant Restaurant and Lounge, 726 Main Ave. So., is at the 5-year renewal point. This Resolution would allow the City Manager to enter into the remaining 5-years of the 10-year agreement.
