Summary and Recommended Action:
In September of 2023, 3M presented all available information regarding the PFAS leakage from the Brookings Plant. The City Council requested periodic updates of current mitigation efforts. 3M and Solventum representatives will present known information about the existing leakage, ongoing testing, and continued mitigation.
