Summary and Recommended Action:
Kyle Prodoehl have made a request for variances on Lots 10 & 11 of Block 2 of Mathews and Scobeys Addition, also known as 221 6th Avenue South. The request is to build a two-family dwelling on a lot that is 50-foot wide and has an area of 8,250 square feet. Per Sec. 94-128, Two-family dwellings require a minimum lot area of 8,400 square feet and a minimum lot width of 65 feet.
Staff recommends approval.
