Summary and Recommended Action:

The proposed Resolution is presented to the City Council to authorize the purchase of real property at 210 Front Street.  The site contains a grain elevator and is located south of the proposed Fire Department Facility.  Council approval will allow the Property purchase, including associated closing and legal costs, not to exceed $450,000.  A separate budget amendment is presented to allocate the necessary funds from the City Council's economic development fund.
