Commission member Heiberger requested a discussion on the 11.1 Review process specifically as it relates to homeowner window projects. As background information, when a property owner inquires about a project, staff review historic district maps to determine if the property is within an historic district or adjacent. Staff then review the Contractors Guide to determine if the proposed project is subject to review. If subject to a review, then the property owner completes the application and returns to staff.
