Summary and Recommended Action:
Staff recommends approval of this resolution authorizing special assessments for lawn care. One property in the City of Brookings has an outstanding invoice of $500.00 for lawn care services that were performed to bring the property into compliance with City ordinance. The City intends to collect payment on this invoice by including it on the annual Special Assessment Roll to be applied to the owner’s property taxes.
