Summary and Recommended Action:
Kristina Patterson has made a request for a variance on Tract C in Lot 1 of Brookings Mall Addition also known as 2035 Orchard Drive Suite 3. The request is to build an accessory structure zero feet from the rear lot line. Per Sec. 94-394(b), An accessory building located upon a business, civic or industrial lot shall not be within five feet of any side or rear lot line.
Staff recommends approval.
