Summary and Recommended Action:

Staff recommends approval of the proposed Resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Tegra Group, LLC for Owner’s Representative services and to initiate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for architectural and engineering services and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the renovation and redevelopment of the Dacotah Bank Center (DBC).
