Summary and Recommended Action:
On September 8, 2026 City Council entered into a Mutual Termination Agreement with Linchpin Corp. Linchpin had previously been under contract with the City to rehabilitate and redevelop the downtown Armory. At the September 22 City Council meeting, staff will bring forward ideas for possible next direction regarding the municipally-owned facility.
