Summary and Recommended Action:
The City of Brookings is proposing amendments to Article VI, Division 3, Section 94-407
- Adjustment to front yard requirements.
The proposed change includes the allowance of an average front yard setback to be
applied for additions and new construction. The changes do not apply to garages or
within the required intersection and driveway safety zone. The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council.
