Summary:

This proposed resolution would authorize the City Manager to sign and submit a $900,000.00 Transportation Alternatives Grant Program Application to construct a Shared-Use Trail on 17^th Avenue South and 15^th Street South and an enhanced crosswalk on 15^th Street South.  The purpose of this project is to enhance our safe routes to school access between the Medary Avenue South Shared-Use Trail and Mickelson Middle School.  Staff recommends approval.
