Summary:

The 2023-04STI 22nd Avenue Phase 2 Reconstruction Project has been completed.  The proposed resolution is the final balancing change order for the project and will decrease the contract awarded to Timmons Construction Co., Brookings, SD, by the amount of $208,410.56(5%).  The decreased amount is for the final adjustment of measured quantities and liquidated damages.
