Consistent with SDCL 11-2, 11-4, and 11-6, the City of Brookings and Brookings County developed land use plans for the area of joint zoning authority. The Comprehensive Land Use Plans consist of the following:
2016 Brookings County Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Amendments thereto
2018 City of Brookings Comprehensive Plan and Amendments thereto
