Action on Resolution 23-092, a resolution to vacate Lucerne Circle. Lucerne Circle was platted in 2017 but never built. Plans for the street have slightly changed and the developer is now interested in platting Lucerne Circle with a slightly different orientation. The road can not be platted and built as currently planned without the vacation of the originally platted right-of-way.
