Summary and Recommended Action:

The City of Brookings has received an application to transfer location of two On-Off Sale Malt Licenses, with Video Lottery Authorizations, for Casino 2000, Suites A and B, (Licenses:  RB-2492 and RB-28012) from 622 25th Avenue to 986A and 986B 22nd Avenue South.  Staff recommends approval.

 

New Business Location:  986A and 986B 22nd Avenue South 

New Legal Description:  Tract C of Lot 3, and including the North ½ vacated street, excluding Lot 2A, and excluding Tract E and Tract A-1 and Tract D, Southbrook Addition, Suites 986A and 986B.
